Printing process:
We use high quality UV resins and the printed parts are SOLID in their entirety (this is important for their use).
The images on our website are indicative, and may represent the miniatures in their final state, but they are sent unpainted and unassembled, as is common with 3D printing, some parts may not fit perfectly together and require light sanding.

Return policy:
If any product sent by miniature4k.com is not as described, return it to us unassembled, we will resend it free of charge and reimburse you for the shipping costs.

Shipping costs:
free shipping for orders over 60 euros. To everyone.
Shipments are made through the Spanish company Correos y Telégrafos SA (Correos) by certified package with tracking number. Shipping has a fixed cost per order, regardless of the number of miniatures you order as follows:

Shipments to Spain:
Shipping, from receipt of order, takes 2-5 business days. 1 or 2 days for its manufacture and 2 to 3 days for its delivery in the Peninsula. Keep in mind that shipments will be delayed on specified dates.
Note for buyers outside the European Union: Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs.
Payment methods:

We know that miniatures are fantastic and wonderful and we all like them. However, we do not sell to minors. If you are a minor and interested in something from miniature4k.com, you should speak to your parents or guardians, who can purchase from miniature4k.com.
Remember also that miniatures are not toys. They can be dangerous if chewed or ingested, so they are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
