You have 14 days, from the receipt of the order, to exercise your right to return the entire order or part of it.

To do this, you must contact us within the first three days from receipt of the order.

Outside of these time periods, no claim will be dealt with.

Reason to accept return:

• If any product sent by miniature4k.com is not as described, return it to us unassembled and unpainted, we will resend it free of charge and we will pay you the shipping costs by voucher or other miniature for the value of the shipping costs.

In case of exercising your right to return, you should know that there are NO refunds of money, but a voucher is delivered that is redeemable in the store and without expiration.

To accept a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: no breakage, unpainted and unassembled.

Cancellations of orders in progress, nor returns of personalized orders will not be accepted. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item without a return reason. Shipping costs are not refundable.
